
Vegan chili is a delicious quick and easy main dish! It’s simple to make and feeds a lot of people. Best part is there is always leftovers for the week!
This dish is a favorite of mine to make while staying at our home in the desert . We don’t have the best market out there which brings me to loading up on all my groceries beforehand. This vegan chili recipe makes my life so much easier since the ingredients I need are simple for a meal that is so packed with flavor and filling, You could serve this to a room full of vegan nay sayers and they will still enjoy it!

Vegan Chili Ingredients
- 1 Package of Ground Beyond Meat
- 1 28 oz Can of Fire Roasted Diced or Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 15 oz Can of Kidney Beans
- 1 15oz Can of Black Beans
- 1 15oz Can of Pinto Beans
- 1 Yellow Onion Chopped
- 1 Jalapeño Sliced For Topping
- 4-5 Cloves Garlic Diced
- Avocado Optional For Topping
- Vegan Cheese Optional for Topping
- 2 Tsp Cumin
- 1 Tbsp Sea Salt
- 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tbsp Ground Pepper

How To Make Vegan Chili
- Add a bit of olive oil to your pot set at medium/high heat
- Add in your ground Beyond Meat, onions, and garlic, cook until beyond meat is fully cooked, then add your vegetables.
- Once your veggies and Beyond Meat have cooked, add in your beans and seasonings.
- Cook until heated throughout. Taste for seasoning and add more if needed.
- Remove from heat and add your toppings.
- Enjoy!
