Instructions
Add a bit of olive oil to your pot set at medium/high heat
Add in your ground Beyond Meat, onions, and garlic, cook until beyond meat is fully cooked, then add your vegetables.
Once your veggies and Beyond Meat have cooked, add in your beans and seasonings.
Cook until heated throughout. Taste for seasoning and add more if needed.
Remove from heat and add your toppings.
